SUMMARY:

My work over the last 30 years has included diverse areas of natural resource management. I began as a horticulturist and have furthered my passion by  continuing to be active nationwide and in my community and State of  Mississippi. As a flood victim, floodplain issues are a personal concern and led to my founding the Citizens for Responsible Development Group and then to my election to the Board of Alderman of the City of Madison. I continue in my personal and professional career to focus on the wise use and protection of natural resources through emphasizing public education and conservation programs.
